This is something it’s generally not advisable to whine about in public. The exception case would be if Rep. Issa was explaining why he kicked Emmanuel in the groin.

I’d love to be a congressman for two days. One day to slap Emmanual and the next day to slap Pat Kennedy.
While I don’t doubt this at all, Rhammy must have been very close to Issa because with his tiny girly hands, that finger would have been hard to see.

I think that if you're going to get all outraged about someone giving someone the finger, it's hypocritical not to be equally outraged when someone else does it. That or just admit that your outrage has little to do with the actual gesture except as a convenient excuse to vent. It's like when everyone got all outraged about the pictures of Obama in the Oval Office with his jacket off, or his feet on the desk. You didn't hear much about it once pictures of President Bush with his jacket off and his feet on the desk turned up.
