Magazine: Levi Johnston apologizes to Palins

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) -- Levi Johnston has acknowledged telling lies about Sarah Palin and her family after splitting with the former Alaska governor's daughter last year.

The 20-year-old tells People magazine in an online story posted Tuesday that since his untrue statements were made in public, "I owe it to the Palins to publicly apologize."

Well, me too. All this drama hurts Sarah in the public eye. However, since his accusations were public, it is important to publicly correct the record.

Levi Johnston's only way of making a living is by embarrassing the Palin family. He has already used up all his old information and made up a lot of lies as well. He has no credibility left and his value to the MSM has dropped to nothing.

If he wants to continue to cash in on the Palin connection he has to get close to them and provide new information to the MSM. He now apologizes and admits what he said before was just lies. He tries to get close to Bristol and says he wants to be a “co-parent” whatever the hell that is supposed to be.

Look for Levi to cash in a year or so from now with new info about the Palins.

I knew you weren't a Christian. The prodical son spent all his money and ignored his father and brother but once he was done “partying”...his father accepted him back and apologized. Unfortunately since you are not Christian you can't relate to forgiveness. Oh I get forgiveness. Just because I am not Christian doesn’t mean I dont understand forgiveness. He doesn’t have to apologize to me at all, I dont know him, never have, never will. But after all of the horrible, truly horrible things he has said, why should the Palins trust him, forgiveness is one thing, of course they will forgive him because that is the kind of person Sarah Palin is, but trust, they should NEVER trust him..he is slime and the second he has an opportunity to cash in, he will go right back to the roaches that he was with all of this time

It’s good that he’s come clean and apologized. We all screw up, especially when we’re young and stupid. Maybe he will get his act together now, time will tell.

I try to forgive and forget, but it’s easier to do when the person is truly sincere and the actions match the words. Let’s see how he behaves from here on out...

Are you insane or just a total idiot? Being a Christian has nothing to do with trusting liars and con men. You probably feel you need to give your money to every three card Monte game and every con artist because it would not be “Christian” to not trust a con man.

Nobody should trust Levi Johnston. He is an admitted liar who profited by trying to destroy the reputation of the mother of his child and her family. You might admire people like that but I don’t.

Skip the phony holier than thou act and stop pretending that you are a better Christian than others just because you are too dumb to figure out when people are obviously lying.

If this is true and sincere, then I have to say he manned up a bit over the past year. Swallowing one’s pride and apologizing—especially so publicly cannot be easy. I pray that he has also had a *real* come to Jesus moment! :^)

It is for the Palins to forgive, and as deep as their faith is, I imagine they have forgiven him.

I suppose he will now be kicked to the curb by the Hollywood and media elite. It will be a great lesson to him. The Hollywood and media elite will have learned nothing. Dogs to their own vomit and all that.

I get what you are saying. They can forgive him but be on guard with regards to him. I thought you were saying that there was no way to forgive him. I think Sarah will forgive him but be careful with completely accepting him back into her life.
