As a Hoosier, I note that the Indiana Toll Road is used disproportionately for interstate traffic from the East Coast to Chicago. It is not significantly trafficked by Hoosiers traveling in-state.

Mitch recognized this and took a money losing asset that provided little value to the state of Indiana and turned it into $4 billion cash that has provided all sorts of benefits to Hoosiers on an everyday basis. I'm comfortable with that.
