Fox News host Glenn Beck announced Tuesday that he has launched an online academic program teaching classes in religion, American history and economics.
School may be out for the summer, but for Glenn Beck class is just starting, reads an announcement on Becks website. This July, while others are relaxing poolside, head back to the classroom from the comfort of your own home. That may sound like an oxymoron, but Glenns new academic program is only available online.

Progressives are going balistic over this.. They seem to have a problem with Glenn bringing Documented Historic Truth to the dumbed-down, liberal educated masses.. Why is that?
Good for you, Glenn. Now, while the iron is hot, Rush should get off his fat a$$ and start a Conservative News Channel. He has the money and the backers.
Glen Beck does NOT have a union card to teach history, dontcha know?
I wonder how much of this online school will be the same stuff he does on his shows?
I mean, sometimes he repeats himself....a lot. I find if you listen to his radio show, you’ll hear most of the same stuff on his tv show, that same day. After a while, it does get redundant.
I love Beck and think he’s doing great work and is a true patriot. I have learned (and am still learning) a lot and am thankful someone is out there, restoring our history and taking the time to teach the correct past we all need to know. I agree it is vital to restoring America.
But I often wonder why he poopoos (and makes fun of) the birthers. It is a truly legitimate concern about the legitimacy of Barack Obama aka Barry Soetero, who NEVER officially had his name changed to Barack Obama and in fact, actually rescinded is US citizenship so he could claim he was a foreign student when he went to college. You’d have to be ignorant, not to at least, have some doubts as to why all the secrecy behind his records (birth, school, medical). And at the very least, of all the stuff Beck looks into and has his “watchdogs” check out, you’d think this “birther” stuff would be at the top of the list. If Barack Hussein Obama is NOT legitimate to be President of the US, wouldn’t that tear down the entire “empire” he’s building and nullify EVERYTHING that has been done under his watch???
So why doesn’t Beck take it serious? And worse, why does he almost mock those who question it? Why doesn’t Beck mention who else is behind Obama, and I don’t mean just Soros? He has mentioned the Rockefellers in passing...but is it too conspiratorial for him to look into and check out The Free Masons or The Illuminati? IMO, they are behind all this too, if not the true orchestrators for NWO.
And I think for all Beck does report, I’m starting to be concerned about what he DOESN’T report and why.
I agree with alot of what you say. However, I did hear somewhere that he was threatened with his job for mentioning Bilderbergs etc etc. So I think he has to keep a little bit of a lid on things. Just my thoughts
Here is free on line learning:http://www.gcflearnfree.org/
American history and economics I get.
Religion.....not really sure about this one.
If ya wanna learn it teach it; the only education is self-education!
Anything ya might hear from beck you coulda read it in the old Spotlight years ago.
beck also recently attacked the Americans of The Old South, along, previously, with many other Americans whose “conspiracy theories” beck disagrees with and/or faux-noose put him up to it.
Maybe because of his track record on the subject of history? For example: Link.
If Beck can't be troubled to read the confederate constitution before commenting on it, what else is he winging?
What religion will he be teaching?
I wonder what religion?
Yes, it would be great if they were to pool their efforts. Could be some great synergy.
If it’s religion as in the founding of the nation and our Constitutional rights, then this is a good thing.
If he wants to start teaching about one particular relgion... I’ll be annoyed and disappointed.
The Five Thousand Year Leap: 30 Year Anniversary Edition with Glenn Beck Foreword W. Cleon Skousen (Author)
A summary of What We Might Expect in the Next Twenty-Five Years By W. Cleon Skousen
PWY, I do not expect that he could teach anything else but his current beliefs.
Oh for heaven sakes, why don’t you just say it. Will he be teaching Mormonism. What crap. He’ll be doing what he’s been doing on his TV program, showing how our founding fathers were religious, and how our country was founded on religious principles, but for all the Mormon haters, of course they would assume, Glenn being a Mormon, that he will try to indoctrinate all of us to Mormonism. Geez.....
He's putting Mr. Barnum to shame.
You go, guy!
So, is he affiliated with BYU?
I wouldn’t trust a damn thing Beck said on religion, especially after the DSS/Nicaea debacle.
I wonder if he is going to include the LDS teaching that Jesus will reign from Missouri not Jerusalem?
