I am aware that this man is eccentric and has made many stupid statements however look at the situation he was in and do you really believe first degree murder was the right charge?
Eccentric? A phony war vet and a cold blooded murderer, putting on a fake bandage and describing a running gun battle when the robber with the gun never fired a shot?
