Probably. Its not cheap to insure those brick and mortars. It was a financial decision. Put the bullet proof in place, or pay X amount more to the insurance companies. Which was the cheaper cost. Which leads into, how did they get data to support bullet proof glass? Or is it a blanket policy they now hold....the mind wanders on that..

Who knows. There has not been an increase in bank robbery in the area. The bank has been there for 20 years without bullet proof glass.
