Again, I must take issue with the use of the term "pirates," in describing members of the Somali Complete Utilization of Marine Balance Action Grounded in Science, sea scout groups.

The SCUMBAGS, as they are affectionately known in maritime circles, are merely trying to protect their home waters from over fishing and environmental contamination, as were our Navy boys who pulled the SCUMBAGS from the waters off their homeland.
