In the video below, Charles Bolden, head of NASA, tells Al Jazeera that the "foremost" task President Obama has given him is "to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with predominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science, math, and engineering." Thus, NASA's primary mission is no longer to enhance American science and engineering or to explore space, but to boost the self-esteem of "predominantly Muslim nations."
Exploring space didn't even make the top three things Obama wants Bolden to accomplish. The other two are "re-inspire children to want to get into science and math" and "expand our international relationships,"
This is more evidence, if any were needed, of Obama's lack of interest in American achievement or, indeed, American greatness. He seems to believe we've achieved enough (or perhaps too much) and that the trick now is to make nations that have achieved little for centuries feel like we couldn't have done it without them (in the video, Bolden goes on to talk about how much NASA owes the Russians and the Japanese).

I think Americans are getting tired of this President and his dislike for this country. It wouldn’t surprise me a bit, after the November elections, if he and his appointees, were removed from office. We need another McCarthy era.

The November elections should be excellent. I think an ad built around this exact issue would be quite effective in motivating people against the Dems.
The November election will go a long way in neutering Obama, but getting him out in 2012 will be the desired ending.
Maybe NASA could help the Iranians improve their ICBM technology.
Those never were contributions from Islam. Those contributions came from civilizations conquered by the Muslims (eg Ptolemaic Alexandria). The intrinsic oppression of Islam inevitably choked the lives out of those civilizations and the scientific "contributions " stopped.

We’ve already started, Raz. Normal, everyday people are gathering on a regular basis in small groups to become politically active and compare notes. The whole Tea Party movement is nothing more than concerned citizens from all walks of like who just can’t take getting pummeled anymore.
The November elections will be telling, assuming that Skippy and Company don’t pre-nullify them with some trumped up national emergency that results in martial law.

2. We then need enough votes in the House to pass the articles - 2/3, as I recall. We don't those votes, and probably won't even after the next elections.
3. If it were to pass, we then need the Senate to convict by majority. We don't have those votes, and probably won't even after the next elections.
Is it just me, or does Bolden look like a “morph” between Barack Obama and Eric Holder?
