Without a real birth certificate, Pres_ _ent Obama has no place even being on the list.The real list should be of those who had been eligible to hold the office, so that list would eliminate BO (who hasn't proven he's NBC) and #21, Chester Alan Arthur, who was discovered in 2008 by Leo Donofrio to have hidden his non-NBC status.

There have been some really bad ones in the last 50 years. I still think Obama is the worst, probably will always be the worst.
