It is near criminal that the DOJ has told Christopher Coates to ignore the subpoena and forbidden him to testify before the US Commission on Civil Rights. It may be illegal for them to do it because the USCCR is empowered by law and has subpoena power.

I’ve been steamed about this ever since I saw Megyn Kelly’s interview with Christian.
What an outrage.

Shabazz brandished a nightstick. He "pointed the weapon at individuals, menacingly tapped it [in] his other hand, or menacingly tapped it elsewhere." Both Shabazz and Jackson leveled "racial threats and racial insults at both black and white individuals," and they "made menacing and intimidating gestures, statements, and movements directed at individuals who were present to aid voters." Had this happened in Texas the ending would have read:
Shabazz died from multiple gunshot wounds from a variety of weapons, ranging from 12 GA shotguns, 30-30 and 30.06 deer rifles, and numerous handgun wounds. DNA tests were required to ID Shabazz.

I think the action of dismissing the case is its own explanation, eg; it speaks for itself.
There are a lot of things about this administration that are nuanced. There are a lot that are not. This is one of the latter.

My Theory: Holder is scared that the association of Obama [or Barry Soetoro] with the Black Panther movement from his days at Occidental will be exposed if he prosecutes Black Panthers "Discovery" can be a wonderful tool in the hands of the "right" attorneys.

Has anyone looked at the New Black Panther Party’s web-site?

I hate to state the obvious but I'm sure I can speak for most everyone here when I say that such behavior at the polls is wrong no matter which group does it and we don't approve of it even if it could be done by our side somewhere else.
What angers me even more is that it seems to me that the New Black Panther Party knew the end result ( from justice ) going in and weren't just hoping that it would conclude the way it has so far.

Not that they won’t try it, but these guys would be fools to try this nonsense again.
If you see anything like this, you will have to guage your own physical courage at that moment. If you decide to, call the police and tell these terrorists that you have done so. Expect an immediate violent response, have your own ready and I mean the instant they step toward you. Remember, they have probably beat people without reprisal before and will not care about doing it to you.
They will not care about witnesses, they don’t fear the police and they think you are weak, hence the reason they did the voter intimidation.
Again, be prepared to move the instant you confront them, they certainly will.

How about that? Under Obama we get a DOJ that doesn’t care about the”J”.
Justice for all? Naaa, justice only for some.
Impeach them all! ASAP!
