BEKASI, Indonesia -- Days after rumors spread across this industrial city that Christians were conducting a mass baptism, hard-line Islamic leaders called for local mosques to create a youth guard to act as moral police and put a quick stop to forced conversions.
They started training early Saturday morning, around 100 young men turning out in a field in Bekasi wearing martial arts uniforms. Leaders stressed that there was no plan to arm them, but they do not shy away from saying they'll act essentially as thugs.

It is safe to say that THERE ARE NO FORCED CONVERSIONS to Christianity ANYWHERE in Indonesia. This is merely propaganda of the murderous cult of Islam.

There is also likely an ethnic componenet to this.
Christians in Indonesia are more common among the minority Chinese ethnics.
Back in the 1960s, some 500,000 Indonesians were killed, ostensibly because of their Communist leanings. Most were Chinese.
Anyway, this is snother incident of Muslim discrimination to bring up whenever they want to build a mosque here and proselytize.

As part of the backstory for a science fiction story I am writing I have made a war on Earth against the “Caliphate” one of the reasons Earth gets depopulated and people flee to the colonies.
Maybe the Christians all need to carry around baseball bats and tire irons and stay in groups when out of their homes. Couldn't hurt. That's how we'd do it here in America if we were disarmed.
