We had a bad tornado up here in Wisconsin. It was in a small town named Eagle. That disaster request was also turned down. Maybe the area’s voting pattern is looked at by Omama & Co. before a disaster grant is made.
Eagle voted for Obama, after supporting Bush in the previous election. However, it is 94% white, which may be a consideration for this “post-racial” administration.
