My sources tell me that there is a real intense bloodless bureaucrat war going on within the Beltway with the U.S. Service Service acting as the tip of the Obama spear that targets the “hold-outs” like the FBI, NSA and the various military intelligence divisions in the Armed Forces.

Well, that's an interesting take. If so , some might understand more why Obama was so surprisingly quick to take on Petraues whom he had sharply criticized before; Petraeus no doubt has a pretty good reputation of being loyal to civilian leadership.
