He “helped” Vegas by admonishing people to avoid it. At no time that I’m aware of, did he vacation in Vegas and by his presence, encourage people to visit. He was the anti-Vegas. I’m in S. Utah, less than 2 hours from Vegas, so we know this.

My point was, and is, that he could at least pretend that he cared about people in the Gulf by showing up. Think of it as moral support.

But as I said....don’t count on him having an attack of “brains.”
