Former Santa Ana schools trustee Nativo Lopez, an immigrant-rights activist------was jailed in Los Angeles after being indicted by the grand jury for eight felony counts alleging voter fraud.

The IRS, SEC and L/E should look into the activities of Nativo Lopez.......the ex-Santa Ana schools trustee indicted for alleged voter fraud. If Lopez encouraged illegals to cast fraudulent votes on referenda WRT taxing purposes, that is subject to prosecution. If illegal immigrants voted on tax-exempt bond issues, that could negate the bond revenue and subject illegals to prosecution

Demand that banks holding California tax-exempt bond revenue conduct an outside audit immediately and reveal their findings (or you will report banks to state and federal regulators).

The California Secy of State should be asked to release all official documents filed WRT tax-exempt bond issues that financed education, transportation, state authorities, infrastructures, and municipal revenue needs.

ACTION Do the research on timelines when California legislators voted for the sale of of tax-exempt bonds to finance California revenue needs. These bonds were then sold to tax-exempt investors.

If bond sales were voted upon in state ballot referenda, California public officials may have mis-stated uses of tax-exempt bonds on referenda ballots. Tax-exempt bond sales that were put to referendum may have misled investors about the uses of bond revenue.

============================================

MISLEADING BOND INVESTORS IS A SERIOUS CRIME Investors in California tax-exempt bonds may have been misled about the use of tax-exempt bond revenue. The SEC closely monitors tax-exempt bond sales. The SEC takes a dim view about misleading tax-exempt investors and the misuse of tax-exempt bond revenue. So does the IRS.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

(1) Express your concerns about California's misappropriation of California tax-exempt bond revenue.

EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov.

(2) Contact the IRS to report suspected tax fraud and tax law violations by officials using tax-exempt bond revenue in ways not disclosed to investors.

IRS TOLL-FREE Tel 1-800-829-0433 You may remain anonymous.

(3) California officials should be reported for fiduciary negligence if they are found to have co-opted investors in tax-exempt bonds.

EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov.

Maybe an even better question is push our worthless AG, Jerry Moonbeam, and ask him why he isn’t filing fraud charges against these frauds.
