Former President Bill Clinton gets a larger amount of applause than President Obama during introductions at the memorial service for Sen. Robert Byrd (D-WV).

Thats because clinton was part of the filibuster against Civil Rights. Thats why he was applauded. I take it the audience was full of people who left their sheets at home.
