True. If the Dems vote as a block, and you know they will, she will tip the court left in a way that will take decades to reverse.

I don’t trust the RINO’s on the Hill either. There is just too much at stake.

Filibuster is a necessity on this one.

She needs 50 votes for this? It isn't 60 votes? I wonder if it would be better if they made it 2/3 votes to get on a lifetime commitment. Although the only justice to get more than 2/3 votes was Ginsburg....every single senator voted for her for some reason. Of course pray for her during this difficult time. I believe she will be the next to retire. Losing her husband after so many years will be very difficult for her IMHO.
