On June 30, the Federal EPA cancelled the operating permits for over 125 refineries & chemical plants in Texas. They have been operating over 16 years on Texas EPA permits & all the air tests in Texas show improvement.

This is another power play on the part of NObama. Keep the oil spill going & shut down refineries.

Those refineries in Texas represent over 33% of all the DAILY fuel production in the USA. How long before the price of gasoline is approaching the $7 or $9 a gallon that NObama desires to keep us from driving?

Seems an intentional way to hurt the economies in Red states. You don't hear anything about EPAs concern over air quality in the Gulf. The EPA gained some of their power through a supreme court ruling which may have relied on fraudulent climategate data.

Cass Sunstein - use regulation for agenda.

And this has also been headline news every half hour, by our "esteemed" newsmedia. [no sarc tag necessary]
