WTF?

Sometimes there is “fault” and this case proves it. She deserves everything she got.

So, you are suggesting that you, in the event that your daughter was kidnapped at age 11, held by a convicted sex offender for 18 years, fathering children with her, would find no fault with the government agency charged with monitoring sex offenders, given that they failed miserably and routinely time and time again?
