This cop deserves a conviction for Manslaughter for sure, but Murder 1 was a ridiculous charge.

Yes, Manslaugher in our state = "in the heat of the moment" homicide, which I will concede is the MAXIMUM he should get.

However, my chips fall on negligent or involuntary manslaughter. Either way, family of the victim (RIP) gets millions, and deservedly so.
