The rifle on the bottom left of the third picture has the forward assist; that makes it an M-16A2 at least. Full-auto or 3-round burst, select fire. Not something that you or I can buy here in the US in most states, and not easily in even the few that allow full-auto weapons.

A poster on the source site says this stuff is coming to his country from ours, purchased with drug money. He's wrong on the first point, but right on the second.

Actually all semi-auto AR's are equipped with the forward assist now. BUT, you are getting warmer...
