Really? From 2006? That's unusual. Usually, it's 2-3 years for incidents not involving minors (much longer for minors, as seen by the Catholic Priest scandals of the last decade). I knew Maine had a long SoL for civil torts arising from sexual assaults(6 years) but I thought that was the longest in the country. That's interesting.
