Dennis Henigan and John Lott discuss Mondays ruling by the Supreme Court on gun rights and what this means for the debate on the right to bear arms. Dennis Henigan is also the Law & Policy vice president at the Brady Campaign. Washington, DC
What time? Love your work BTW. Thank you.
LOL...this will be like a debate about the Constition between Madison and Elana Kagan.
what time is it airing?
BTW, John: Can we get 18 USC 922(o) overturned? It bans an entire class of "arms", which until 19 May 1986, were available to citizens, and before 1934, readily available to citizens.
Another topic for you to research is the number of Title II, (NFA) items that are used in crimes.....virtually NONE! "Class 3" (misnomer) owners are among the most law abiding citizens out there, even more law-abiding than CCW license holders.
Click the CSPAN direct link to the previously recorded debate.
Thank you!
Ah, yes; Dennis Hennigan. He lied through his teeth in that interview. He is on record as saying the objective of the gun-grabbers (not his term, of course) is the disarmament of the American people. In the interview he said the gun-grabbers do NOT oppose private ownership of guns, but only seek “common sense” gun laws. He lies.
good job John. Thank you
Dennis Henigan is also the Law & Policy vice president at the Brady CampaignThanks JohnRLott.
BFL. linky no workie right now.
The guy from Brady kept bringing up suicide....less suicide...blah blah.
Like driving into a concret wall at high speed or over-dosing on pills isn’t an alterative.
Must buy gun to kill self...
Excellent. There is a group that has filed to have VPC and Brady’s 501C3 and C4 tax status revoked as they are now trying to infringe on a Fundamental Right.
The SCOTUS ruling pretty much equates these groups with “Hate” groups for their attempts to deny people their rights. I wonder how Mr. Hennigan feels about being compared to people like members of the KKK...
Keep up the awesome work!
