NO the value of a lawsuit is not that much for Gore and since it happened while they were married I doubt assets could be exempt. How much would you award?

The media WAS an accessory in the "Foleygate" controversy, the press and the DNC held MORE information than the GOP had, held it until an October Surprise (and even noted that it would be more adventagous to wait) and then cried that the GOP "knew and did nothing".
The truth came out in the subsequent congressional investigation.
