The people in DOJ who dropped this case, and it may go all the way up to the Attorney General, could be prosecuted on Obstruction of Justice, Failure to Perform Their Duty, violations of the Voting Act (intimidation, etc), and for lying.
And this is just for a starter. If “The Buck stops here” holds true, then Holder is the “Buck in the headlights” of what should be a criminal investigation into his actions and that of some of DOJ.
Justice is supported to be applied equality and without prejudice, but this Regime seems to think that extremists/criminals have more rights than their victims.
Something is sadly wrong with this picture.
With Obama and the Democrats in power NOTHING will happen. All that can be done is to raise hell about it and hope there is some effect in the next elections.
