"fair-minded Americans" should be disturbed... and rational people should be very afraid because, as The Times states, Kagan is "disrespectful toward existing law" (read: the Constitution).

And that makes Kagan a very dangerous nominee... and, for that reason alone, the American people must work to ensure that the Senate doesn’t rubber-stamp her confirmation.
