SUBJECT ShoreBank and Jeremiah Wright’s Mortgage and his $10 Million Cash Machine:The Obama administration allegedly pressured Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and others to prop up the failing ShoreBank......this infusion would permit ShoreBank to receive an additional $75 million in TARP funds. ShoreBank has ties to Obama, Rev. Wright and self-described Communist Van Jones. Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill) — one of Nancy Pelosi’s favorite far left House members — has strenuously argued for the bailout of the bank.

Can Rev Wright produce documents WRT (1) his mortgage, and (2) where he spent the $10M? Assuming he can, do the Wright documents coincide with the reasons stated on his loan applications? Filing a false application for a loan is prosecutable.

Moreover, using a bank to commit financial crimes triggers several investigative agencies since bank patrons, depositors and investors may have been financially harmed by irregularities. If the bank did not prevent financial irrgularities, ShoreBank itself might be charged with fiduciary negligence.

The FBI, US Postal Service, IRS, and SEC should determine whether conspiracies to collude for personal profit occurred.

Forensic auditors might uncover falsified official documents submitted for the purpose of looting the bank. Falsifying banking documents incurs felony charges for 1st-degree tampering with public records, 1st-degree offering of a false instrument for filing, 4th-degree grand larceny, and 1st-degree falsifying of official records?
