Obama is prepared to give more financial aid to Mexico than a state like Texas (where he's been hurting the oil and space and medical industries).
Senor Quicx Draw nobama should have watched the Weather Channel. But then again there IS a heavy Mexican polulation in the Counties listed, not possible nobama would try to toss money down there to garner Latino support.
