This is only the tip of the iceberg of government manipulation of science and health issues for ideological and commercial purposes. As citizens we must demand a stop to this. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has been complicit in allowing a landmark legal judgement to be based on a statement they knew to be false. Why? To protect the commercial interests of abortion providers? Because they have a political agenda or were afraid of political consequences if they did not follow the "suggested" language from the White House? Whether you support abortion in any form or not, we must not allow the facts upon which important judgments are made to be manipulated by political operatives/staffers or lobbyists.

These words had not been in the "confidential" ACOG draft reviewed by Kagan, but they were in the handwritten "suggested options" found in Kagan's White House files This is hugh. This shows, not only that she is a cynical manipulator and a liar, but that she is in effect practicing medicine without a license. (And without a soul.)
She falsified a medical fact to achieve an ideological end. The fact that the ACOG went along with the distortion shows that they are corrupt as well, but they aren't running for Supreme Court.
Does anyone think Miss Kagan would behave differently when confronted with an inconvenient Constitution?

Can this please be placed in breaking news. This has been discussed on twitter since last night and I am worried that if it is not raised as an issue today by the Senate that we may lose our last chance to stop this nomination.

Challenge:
“Please cite a situation in which stopping the birth contraction long enough to kill the baby and then completing the delivery, is safer for the mother than simply not interfering with the live delivery.”

YOU LIE, KAGAN
and your lies have made your soul ugly.
And your soul has made your whole face and looks reflect its ugliness.
