Kagan's support for Barak's juridical philosophy means that she will stand for the internationalization of US law.
Barak believed that every human activity is under the rule of the courts. There can be no more infamous belief. This is profoundly dangerous appointee.
the House of Saud will immediately ask Obummer to reject her nomination. If not them then George Soro’s and the DC J-Street crowd will immediately scream that she is not qualified. We don’t have to work about our side striking here at this time.

She is likely to be invited to Embassy cocktail parties, not the mailman.
