Hey Obie, ya takin' notes???
Excellent to be prepared but will amount to not much more than some heavy rain/moderate winds. The tracking shows a more southerly route and any hurrican force winds missing Texas entirely. Maybe a chance at TS winds but on the very low scale of the spectrum.

...for a tropical storm? Must be an election season.
How long will it take obammma to do a fly over
Will heavy rains make it difficult - and dangerous - for illegal border crossers?
Any Texas Freepers know if/when part of this will hit Dallas? Have a good friend - my best friend in fact - flying out of DFW on Friday.
Projectd path, hope it helps
It most likely will not get to Dallas. Heck, I am closer, in Houston, and my boss won’t even give me the day off for it!
Thanks, Freepers. That helps a bunch.
