As an airline pilot of some 20+ years, the guys that “buy it” have seldom been married only twice. Most “real” airline pilots have been through at least five marital cycles by the time they approach retirement. Are you sure he’s really an airline pilot?
As a perpetual victim of the air transport industry, I’m still working on my first marriage (but many have called me an underachiever because of it). Do you suppose that it could be as simple as having never invested in rental services? We may have stumbled onto something here.
