Sure, they’ll compromise, they’ll offer any deal they have to at whatever price they have to, to get the structure into place.

Carbon trading is the reason he is president. Global warming, global cooling, global whatever you’ve got, whatever floats your boat works for him if at the end of the day he gets his structure. You have to have permission to increase your carbon footprint which means you have to have permission to breathe. And then you have to buy an offset from the Exchange he helped establish. Which means once this is in place he gets veto power over everything, since everything can be construed to affect your “carbon footprint”. And then he gets a cut of everything you do since you are obliged to buy an offset from his exchange.

Ever wonder what rule by marxist mafiosis looks like? Pass this law and we all get to find out.

It doesn't matter if it passes or not. Ask Texas if their permit for the Corpus Christi refinery has been approved yet. No? EPA is sitting on it for another 45 day period (maximum they are allowed), then rejecting it with another technicality? The Senate already voted to allow cap and tax by EPA fiat, no new laws are needed.
