The Muslim Brotherhood and all of its organizations are our enemy.
Perhaps. I certainly understand that he was an instrumental operative in undermining an enemy and likely saving lives.
But, I still can’t get past the fact that he’s not our operative. His government owes him a debt of gratitude, and we owe his government as an ally. But, we didn’t have any particular duty to individual Russian or British spies that helped undermine the Nazis in WWII.
He’s an Israeli spy. Like I said ... I wouldn’t have a problem with making an exception and letting him stay. I also don’t have a problem with sending him back to his country. I don’t think we should be required to let him stay simply by virtue of his service to the Israeli government, though.
