I wonder how heavily this poll was affected by American Christian Zionists (who tend to visit Arutz Sheva a lot, as it is one of the most right-wing Israeli news sources). It's hard to imagine Israelis themselves overcoming their distaste for evangelical Christians. If they have, that's good news.

It was an online (non-scientific) poll of 3 and only 3 Republican candidates on Arutz 7/Israel National News, a right-wing outlet, tied to the national religious and settler movements. I’m a fan of A7, but it does not represent most Israelis.
