How can the GOP possibly confirm this woman?
If they don't filibuster kagan there is no reason to support the party as it currently exists
I've never seen anyone less qualified

Because they really don’t represent us.
They’d rather maintain harmony in the Senate than fight tooth-n-nail to accomplish that which sustains our liberties.

Agreed, 100%. If the (R)'s don't take a stand here, that only gives conservatives all the more reason to abandon the GOP and look to other groups like the Tea Party. They must grow a backbone and filibuster kagan, she would be a disaster for the Constitution.

Amen to that. The Dems have 51 votes. I just don't see what the GOP has to gain by voting yes on this woman. Seems like they have a great deal of credibility to gain by filibustering or voting no. The excuse, I suppose, is we don't oppose their nominees and they won't oppose ours. But they do oppose ours, all the time. Stop being so damn polite, for the love of God!
On a personal note, she is ugly, boring, arrogant, and condescending, and I so do not want to have to look at her for the next. 40. years. When she says "the American people" I want to slap her little rich girl face.
