Yes, when the ‘Big Boys’ come a calling, the price of everything goes UP. Those stationed there and the ones lucky enough to be HP there, kind of sit back and let the locals make their big ‘pay days’ and wait for things to get back to normal.
At least that is the way I remember it, guess things haven’t changed that much...
