Article I. Name of Organization
The name of the organization shall be the Hastings Jewish Law Students Association(hereinafter “HJLSA”).

Article II. Purpose
In compliance with the Policies and Regulations Applying to College Activities,Organizations and Students, HJLSA will promote activities related to Judaism on campus; provide a forum for Jewish students to meet and network; and represent the interests of Jewish students to Hastings’ administration.

Article III. Mernbership
HJLSA is open to all full-time students of Hastings College of the Law. HJLSA shall require no dues or fees to be paid for membership
