I don't know about bids but my bet is on

He’s gonna wait for the bids to start rollin in. I am hereby offering 30% of all the graft I can get. By my most conservative guestimate that would come to about 10 million a year before taxes for him.
Does anyone know if senators and their cohorts have to pay taxes on graft, bribes and other forms of remuneration?
