President 10% (Benazir Bhuttos hubby got the nickname because he reupetedly skimmed 10% of all aid to Pakistan when she was President in the late 80’s and early 90’s) will steal as much as he can while he can. The ISI and generals will get their share too. This racket has been going on for decades and we are fools to play along. Let the two countries go and the jihadis will probably kill off themselves in their quest for power.

Yes, this is symptomatic of our dysfunctional, unaccountable government that throws money at any objective and NEVER holds the recipients accountable. It runs in the federal blood — “who cares, its not MY money, so why should I worry.” It just looks and sounds good that the American taxpayer has sacrificed AGAIN for another federal boondoggle. I have never heard of a Washington scoundrel from any level, ever dying in poverty....the rest is obvious. No need to wonder why these thugs want to get reelected so badly, right?
