Darn varmints.

Boy am I a happy camper. I live in a lead ban area and for the last few years I've had to park my .17 rimfires due to a lack of lead free ammo. Been using a .22wmr with CCI TNT Green ammo. The 22wmr is not bad, but it ain't a tack driver.

Now Hornady is making lead-free ammo in both 17hmr and 17m2. I have both these barrels for my G2 and am anxious to try them.

It’s good that Hornady has gone “green”. Give some competition to Barnes. Of course, the 17 IS their design, IIRC.
