Thanks for the info. If, no, WHEN, we get CC here in Cheesehead Land, I want to be ready. I've emailed Crossbreed about it, so I'll let you know what they say. I have a good OC holster for the CZ, but I need to get serious about CC.

I think its a #1. It might be a #0

I wanted it snug.

Go down to the gun store to try the fit.

Anyhow I like this rig

Just put my CZ 82 on a digital scale with 12+1 rnds of Hornady 95 grn. XTP. 31.5 oz. Guess I’d better invest in a good gun belt while I’m shopping for a holster. (Must be that new Gun Kote finish ;)

For me CC is all about comfort.

These little holsters are very light and thin

But as I said they lack some retention qualitys.

Never had one flop out yet but you have to be aware of you actions

I trust my scale. The book says 28.2 oz. empty. That mass adds to the comfort when the hammer drops. Ain’t complaining, just sayin’.

I’m counting on them to keep me and my family alive. I trust Hornady tech.

Here is the deal. The best holster rigs are open carry.

The next best require lots of clothing.

Here in Texas when is 105 degrees out the uncle mikes rig allows me comfort and concealability.

Your mileage may vary

>>Whenever I see cowbirds, I start looking for a gun.... ;)<<

Cowbirds keep the ticks and fleas off a cows back. Then they pick through the manure and get the grubs. Oh yeah, they do have a purpose ..... which is keeping your eye sharp enough to use iron sights.

BTW I use the left hand model for SOB.

That places it correctly for right hand draw.

I live in suburbia now, so the darn things are layin’ their eggs in songbird nests. It’s actually pretty funny to see a chipping sparrow try to keep up with a “chick” twice its size.
