I call it too but somehow I think he’s going to charge that he needs about 70% of all of our incomes or else terrible things will happen. Terrible things will most likely be police and fire funds etc.

The city of Oakland, CA has already cut funding for its police force. What more could they do to Oakland in light of this?

That is the city/states funding that was cut this would be the federal funding. For Oakland it would probably mean much more than it would other places like here where they just decided to cut the OT to the police dept. IIRC I believe that about 10%- 20% of LE budgets comes from the federal government?
