Yup! His promise was one of complete transformational change of America. He’s just laying the groundwork for the real changes to come.
He is not too worried about the polls and what they say, he’s on a mission, he’s focused on the task of completely changing the USA. That’s why floods, earthquakes, oil spills, and the like don’t interest him, he’s looking at making a totally new country, with the properties and values he has espoused all his live. He does know that he does not have much time, though, if it looks like an election will stop him.
