U.S. officials discover smuggling tunnel underneath Rio Grande

U.S. border patrol agents Friday found a crude tunnel, apparently used for smuggling, underneath the concrete-lined Rio Grande River near El Paso, Texas.
The discovery came as authorities were investigating suspicious activity in the city storm drain system and came upon a juvenile from Mexico with 200 pounds of marijuana.

LOL....I think we should offer amnesty to only illegals who work at beach clean up on the gulf for a year. Oh, wait, that’d be sending taxable money to Mexico in amounts compared to barrels per day being poured into the gulf. Another lose-lose situation.
