The White House Correspondents’ Association complained to press secretary Robert Gibbs recently when the president left the White House on a Saturday, avoided the waiting press corps, and attended his daughter’s soccer game in Northwest D.C.

Has that ever been confirmed? Wouldn't there have been plenty of reports of his having been there by other people attending?

I find this part of Øbozo’s methodology fascinating. A normal person would recognize how critical a compliant press was to his successful election and throw them a few bones now and again.
