Time for Germany, France, Italy and Spain to kick them back to where they came from. Islam is not a part of the culture there any more than it is in the United States. It’s not a religion so Freedom of Religion does not apply, here or there.
It is definitely time for Europe to reestablish the state of affairs created by Charles Martel.
