It doesn't appear so. I tried googling it myself and all the hits took me back to the source blog, which has now been amended to reflect that Rep. Boehner has nothing to do with this.

Sadly, I wish that they would do stuff credibly. If it was true that Boehner was involved and that had been verified I would have signed it, hell I would have gone door to door if need be.
I also looked but found nothing from the links even back to the other sites listed. No one had anything about Boehner there. I checked his web sites as well, nodda. So I figured I would ask for verification.
Thanks for responding. I’ll give it up as a bad job and hope that someone gets it right sometime.
