The link takes me to a blog radio station with no mention of this that I can find on their cluttered home page.

Do you have an actual quote from the congressman himself or someone with the authority to speak on behalf of Rep. Boehner?

This petition lacks the strength of citing specific examples of violations of the oath of office that rise to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.

I'm not saying there are no such violations, just that citing them would strengthen the petition's force.

It doesn't appear so. I tried googling it myself and all the hits took me back to the source blog, which has now been amended to reflect that Rep. Boehner has nothing to do with this.
