Perhaps yours might be two minutes slow. My computer calibrates to an NNTP server once a week and it's the same time as the FR server.
We've allowed egg head Congressmen in Washington to fight our wars. We've conditioned ourselves into believing that a bunch of egg heads on Capitol Hill know more than the fighting Generals on the battlefield. This is why we have not won a war since the Second World War and this is why we will never win a war in the foreseeable future.
We no longer fight to pacify the enemy, we don't even fight to win, but rather we bend over backwards to win their 'hearts & minds'!! IMHO that is a losing strategy and nothing more than a death wish on our part.
The problem here is, they've convinced themselves we are the enemy of "freedom". That we are The Great Satan.
My system clock is within a fraction of a second of this:

FR time was same as mine until that period when FR was down or otherwise hard to get to.
